Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date for full refund excluding eBook(s), online course(es), shipping and handling fees. If the items are not as originally shipped WE WILL NOT OFFER A FULL REFUND. Claims for missing items must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. For damaged items, please contact the freight company to start a claim with them. Please call our support department for returns, missing item(s), or damage issues at 386.243.9001.
- All returns require a RMA number, please call our customer service department at 386.243.9001 for an RMA number.
- Returns without a RMA number will be refused.
- RMA Numbers expire 14 days after the date they are created; the return will not be accepted if it is received after the RMA number expires.
- RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

- All returned or exchanged equipment must be is same condition and working properly as it was when shipped to you.
- All returned or exchange items must be shipped back with the original packaging, along with all cables, accessories, etc.
- Serial numbers will be verified against the original invoice. Items that do not match serial numbers on file or have damage will not be refunded or exchanged.
- No refunds on shipping charges.
- No refunds after 60 days.
- The cost of eBooks and online courses will not be refunded.
- Please allow five days from the date we receive your return for your refund as we must test the equipment an validate serial numbers.
If the returned product is found to be malfunctioning, damaged, missing items, or incorrectly shipped, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your return credit. If damaged is not from shipping or shipper denies damage claim, you may receive a partial refund. Please pack return packages properly.
Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.
If any sign of temper or removal of warranty label may result in refusal of your return and credit.
If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.
If for any reason we agree to accept a return for a reason other than those listed above, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
